just bored, and was wondering what you do to keep it up!Do you have any tips for staying in shape? any advice to keep me going?
I like circuit training... using different weights and objects for resistance training and mix a little cardio in between exercises. It keeps your heart rate up the whole time and builds muscle which burns fat. I've noticed a huge difference in my body after I added strength %26amp; resistance training. You can use free weights or your own body weight. One place my friend and I go workout is a local playground, preferably one that's not covered in kids :) and use the playground equipment for pullups, pushups, jumping on things, step ups, etc. Another thing that has really helped my body change and give me energy are these great products made by AdvoCare. listen to someone Else's ipod the new music will give you different paces wile your working out and it will give you new motivation i love doing this its so interesting not only to see your difference but what your friends listen too
