Please share advice you may have for a family with young children visiting Dublin.?

Would really appreciate hearing about areas of Dublin we shouldn't stay in with a young child. What are the unsafe areas? Thanks! Please share advice you may have for a family with young children visiting Dublin.?
stay out of the Temple bar area at night.

Visit the Wax musuem on the North side of the Liffey (During day light!!!) and if you're up for it, take the kids to the catacombs in the church on the North side of the Liffey---not to far from the wax musuem. The name has slipped my mind momentarily.

oh yeah, and fyi, in the catacombs you will see the skeletons/mummies of a priest, a nun, and what was thought to be a convict. Fascinating stories of why they were put there. Please share advice you may have for a family with young children visiting Dublin.?
Well I cant really give a specific place to stay away from in Dublin its just like any other city really, try to stay away from the nightclubs after midnight though, people tend to act stupid when their full of alchohol

-edit- If your looking for just the stereotyped are for violence etc it would be the northside of Dublin
i would stick to the southside....its pretty safe in general but just to be sure....heres the website!!
