What's the single, best piece of interview advice you can give me?

I have a big deal of an interview tomorrow - management level (but a further notch up) - great salary. From your own experience, what's the best thing you could say to me? Any advice appreciated.What's the single, best piece of interview advice you can give me?
Relax and be yourself.

be early! and research the company!
Wear Black, Blue or Tan, No outrageous colors. No more than 9 accessories. This includes earrings as 2 a hair item as 1 each shoe is 1 watch 1 ring 1 etc.... Remain calm and be confident. Answer questions truthfully and when they do ask what your weaknesses are be honest but make sure it's not anything that will impede you from perfoming on the job. Good Luck
When they ask that inevitible question about ';What are your weaknesses'; respond in a way that your weakness is also a strength, like, ';I can be too much of a perfectionist at times';, or something like that.
