Right, as a person I get quite angry at things, anything really - my mood will just flip. I need a way to vent my anger instead of repeatedly saying sorry to people cuz I say something offensive to them.
Writing my emotions down does not help.
Neither does crying
Nor does talking to someone.

I think that your mood is flipping because it's a full glass of water and just any drop will spill out.
What you should try out is playing a sport where you hit a ball with something repeatedly like tennis, squash or racquetball. It's really cool once you realize how therapeutic it can be and you won't want to stop (plus, it's really good for you to play something regularly like everyone says).
Also, breathing exercises and proper breathing are important because it tells your body not to release any of those stress-triggering hormones, such as adrenaline, when it doesn't have to.How can you vent your anger? Anyone up for the challenge in giving me advice?

I don't think you should throw out the whole ';talking to someone'; thing. You have to talk to the right people. Have you talked a psychiatric professional? If not, you should consider it.
