Do you have any advice on how to repair damaged hair?

Over the winter, my hair became dry and really dull....what should I do with it?Do you have any advice on how to repair damaged hair?
get a good deep conditioning treatment....you can get them at walmart and targetDo you have any advice on how to repair damaged hair?
try going to the store, and buying a deep conditioner that you can just leave in your hair for a couple of hours. also i would stay away from the blow dryer, straightener, curling iron ect...

hope this helps : )
get fortifying shamppoo...tresemme shampoo and conditioner works the best...if you have colored hair or u have highlights and u dye it alot..defintly get color treated shampoos and conditioners..try also not to use a straightening iron if you use one...try to curl it or use a blow dryer..
Leave your hair for a week and DONT wash it! I know this sound horrible but it will get all the natural oils back that have been lost. Also use a hair mask =D good luck! xxxxxxx
Me, I dye my hair like there is not tomorrow...but with what I use my hair is soft and shiny and pretty. I use two different products...Redken for distressed hair...shampoo and conditioner. Comes in a Navy blue bottle. Also used Biolage Hydrath茅rapie: Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Shampoo and conditioner. Hope this helped you! :)
Use conditioner
I know this sounds crazy but mayonaise is one of the best one's i have ever tried.....just cover you hair and then wrap it up in a towel for a couple hours. It has worked for me several times, it does kinda smell ...but you will like the outcome....
I have dry overprocessed hair. I've tried all the expensive salon stuff. But what really works is Neutrogenas Triple Moisture!! I love it. It makes my hair silky and shiny. I also have curly frizzy hair!! It works wonders. Cheaper than salon and I say better that salon stuff. You can find at any drug store and it's around $5.
Use a shampoo and conditioner that is meant for repairing damaged hair, I would recomend the new dove repair line or pantine pro-v has been working really well for me. Also, brushing your hair alot keeps your hair smooth and shiny and so does rinsing the conditioner out of your hair with water thats as cold as you can tolorate. Try laying off the heat products like the curling iron and the flat iron too for a while, that may be what is causing your hair to break. Good Luck!!!
use a deep conditioner that you can just leave in your hair for a couple of hours... instead of blow drying just use a towel and keep brushing ur hair over and over again until it's dry enough to stop brushing and it will stay in place or whatever
DOVE SHAMPOO
use damaged hair contioner every other day. over time it will become more silkier. i prefer patene.
if you can get a hold of KMS moisture repair leave in conditioner... i swear by it... it doesnt weigh your hairdown yet it gives your hair plenty of moisture, use it when your hair is damp and not too much!
