Parents I need your advice!!!! What would you look for in the perfect nanny?

I will begin advertising myself as a nanny and will also offer personal services like grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, picking up children etc. I am certified and very experienced with children. I want to know, what do you look for when looking at advertisements and during interviews.Parents I need your advice!!!! What would you look for in the perfect nanny?
I wouldn't have anyone I don't know personally to watch my child.

BUT, if I actually had to get a nanny, I would make sure you took child development classes, you had at least 7+ years babysitting or had any other job related to working with children. I'd do a background check. And I'd want to have references of previous families, and jobs you have worked with. CPR certified. And that we are able to communicate with each other and get along.Parents I need your advice!!!! What would you look for in the perfect nanny?
I've been a nanny for years and I've come to learn that the parents who are looking for their first nanny, they are the ones looking for certifications, and also they usually don't pay you as much.

Parents who have had multiple nannies are the best in my experience. They realize that experience, good references, and a good strong line of communication are the best.

When you meet for your first interview, make sure you are interviewing them. They are not just interviewing you. If you don't like how their family works on a day to day basis, or how they treat their kids, you won't like your job.

Be easy to talk to, energetic, positive, and always have the children's best interest in mind.
If you are going to offer those other services, you should say you are a ';Housekeeper'; and not a Nanny, that said, make sure you have full references, that are check-able,have a background police check,an up to date CPR certificate, inc basic first aid. Have a list of questions ready to ask your new employers. Also a good agency is always good to have behind you. Good luck
I would call all the people you worked for before why you left them. I would check you out at the police station make sure you are a safe person for my children. And I would only do this if I was hiring a nanny that was going to stay in my home.
nice titties and a nice ***
